We are looking for technician to be part of our Engineering Team to perform maintenance and repair on our building services in the hotel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the effective operations and maintenance of all mechanical & electrical systems and equipment in the hotel.
- Carry out maintenance on all mechanical and electrical installations and equipment and building services in the hotel including air-condition, refrigeration, mechanical ventilation, water tanks etc.
- Perform assigned preventive maintenance for all guest room & public areas
- Perform maintenance on plumbing and sanitary systems in the hotel
- Carry out basic repair work such as painting, repair of ironmongery, adjustment of door closers, repair of furniture
- Ensure compliance to building and fire safety rules and regulations
- Ensure to report any abnormality to appointed contractors and/or supervisors.
- To carry out the above-mentioned corrective and routine preventive maintenance tasks as detailed by the Engineering Manager
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Engineering Manager

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least Certificate/NITEC in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Management or Building Services or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in engineering, maintenance and repair work particularly in Hotel Industry will be of advantage
- Experience in direct expansion system (VRV, multi-split) will be of advantage
- Able to lift heavy loads and equipment and able to communicate in English
- Team player and able to work independently
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
