Job Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a passionate loyalty expert with program management and marketing experience, to help us manage & market the world’s preferred loyalty program for gamers & the gaming community.
As the Assistant Manager / Manager, you will be based in Singapore and report to the Head of Loyalty. Expect to work closely with various business teams and partners in both the Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 space, across the globe. Program management, marketing creativity and interest in gaming, gamification methods & technology should be within your comfort zone.
**Responsibilities**:
Loyalty Program Management
- Assist in the building of strategy and lead execution of Razer Silver campaigns for the Razer Silver loyalty program
- Collaborate on special projects and initiatives, including those with partners
- Define and write change requests outlining Razer Silver system enhancements with the product and tech teams
- Manage regular communication, program & performance updates to key stakeholders
- Partner with analytics / data team to obtain data for marketing and program insights and reports
- Loyalty Marketing
- Develop CRM & marketing plans for Razer Silver loyalty program and partnership collaborations based on the strategy outlined by the business. Manage the delivery of end-to-end brand and loyalty campaigns.
- Lead CRM & loyalty campaigns to boost gamers’ engagement, including owning the design, content and distribution of banners, e-newsletters, and social media posts to promote the loyalty program. Ensure legal compliance for all loyalty and marketing campaigns.
- Work with relevant marketing and creative teams (internal & external partners) on the creation of marketing assets and backend operations set up, and to ensure that the visual and product communications to gamers adhere to Razer Inc and Razer Silver’s global design standards
- Manage Razer Silver web & app, Facebook page postings, Instagram and other social media destinations and any related content.
- Aid in the execution of advertising, referral programs and PR
- Set campaign metrics based on campaign goals & budget, and lead tracking and optimization efforts with channel marketers to ensure that CRM & loyalty campaigns deliver optimal ROI
Pre-Requisites:
- Minimally 3-5 years of loyalty marketing, marketing communications and/or loyalty program management in the consumer, e-commerce and/or gaming industry
- Excellent qualifications in Business, Marketing or Program Management
- Experience working in complex regional/global organizations
- Extensive experience in end-to-end marketing program and campaigns management
- Strong self-starter, excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interact with business partners as well as management and peers
- Well versed in loyalty programs & digital consumer platform, CRM know-how, marketing trends and best practices
- Ability to work across time zones and cultures - teleconference calls with global teammates is required on a regular basis
- Ability to copywrite with a good taste in aesthetics
- Ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity for consumers and stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to translate aggregated data to business insights & recommendations
- Experience with tracking and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Power BI
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising (Google Search Ads, Google Display Network)
