**Application Infrastructure Support Engineer _ Contract**
- **Contract Duration**:12 months (renewable, under NTT DATA payroll)
- **Job Level**:L2 - 3 to 5 years’ experience

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated **Application Infrastructure Support Engineer**to join our team on a 12-month contract.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating **operating system upgrades**and **patching activities**across environments.
- Support the setup of **Connect:Direct**for secure file transfers and assist in **SSH key generation**.
- Support the creation, scheduling, and monitoring of **Control-M jobs**, including troubleshooting and reporting.
- Provision and configure development, testing, and production environments.
- Contribute to automation and CI/CD using **Jenkins, Bitbucket, and other DevOps tools**.
- Track infrastructure-related tasks and follow up with stakeholders.
- Provide troubleshooting support for incidents and issues.
- Document environment specifications, connectivity configurations, and upgrade procedures.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

**Essential**:

- Knowledge of **Windows & Linux/Unix systems**, networking concepts, and databases (MSSQL, Oracle).
- Hands-on experience with **job scheduling tools (Control-M)**.
- Proficiency in scripting ( **Shell, PowerShell, SQL, batch**).
- Understanding of **secure connectivity protocols (SSH, Connect:Direct)**.
- Exposure to **DevOps, CI/CD, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git**.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
