Implementation Consultant

**Your role**:
Within the **Implementation Consultant - Optimization position,** you will be responsible for best-in-class onboarding and usage of our products with an emphasis on user acquisition campaigns and will be joining our team in Singapore. Your role will be to make sure that our customers fully utilize our Adjust products to gain the best insights in order to support the optimization of their user acquisition marketing. In the client lifecycle, the Implementation Consultant team will operate closely with our Customer Success team and directly with the client during onboarding as well as owning ongoing campaign optimization during all phases of client campaigns.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ownership of the campaign final qualification and set-up process, ensuring everything, from creative to tracking, is in place accurately to ensure the campaign is set up for success
- Drive the campaign implementation & optimization process, understanding all relevant stakeholders' expectations and campaign goals
- Define and analyze performance metrics for assigned campaigns, with the client's goals always top of mind
- Conduct daily and weekly reviews of client campaign performance with the Customer Success team, ensuring consistent optimization and growth
- Escalation of upsell opportunities, as well as performance challenges, to Customer Success and management
- Build client relationships by working closely with Adjust Customer Success as a team to ensure we exceed client expectations and user acquisition campaign goals
- Have a thorough understanding of the product, and how best it can be utilized for mobile performance marketing user acquisition
- Identify client's scope & targets and enable Adjust's leverage maximizing ROI
- Onboard the client and assist on the implementation process

**What you bring**:

- Experience in digital marketing, ad tech, user acquisition, and/or performance marketing industries
- Familiarity with mobile app performance advertising and metrics involved
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the language of your assigned country region and clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively communicate with Adjust teams globally
- Data analysis skills, focused on campaign performance metrics
- Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce and exposure to command-line reporting tools a plus
- An ability to break down complex topics in simple terms to ensure client understanding
- Strong attention to detail
