**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Associate / Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to one of our Co-Founders based in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual, including fresh graduates looking to launch their career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the Co-Founder's schedule and daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Co-Founder, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling phone calls.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Co-Founder, professionally and effectively interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage the Co-Founder's complex and ever-changing calendar, proactively anticipating potential conflicts and ensuring timely execution of daily agendas. Act as a trusted and discreet gatekeeper.
- Manage ad-hoc confidential personal arrangements for the Co-Founder, including travel, procurement, and other errands as needed.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.

**Job Requirements**:

- A strong commitment to achieving results and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in another language is a plus.
- Recent graduates with strong IT skills will be given preference.
