Job Title: Career Surveyor

Job Summary: As a Career Surveyor, you will serve as a key resource and mentor for students, alumni, or individuals seeking career guidance and professional development. You will provide personalized assistance, facilitate workshops, and promote career-related programs to empower individuals in achieving their career goals.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Career Counseling and Guidance:

- Provide one-on-one career counseling sessions to assist individuals in exploring career paths, setting career goals, and developing action plans.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to enhance interview skills and confidence.

2. Networking and Outreach:

- Foster relationships with employers, alumni, and industry professionals to facilitate networking opportunities for students and alumni.
- Collaborate with faculty and campus departments to promote career services and integrate career development into academic programs.

3. Data Management and Assessment:

- Track and analyze career services usage data, student/alumni outcomes, and employer feedback to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations on career services activities and outcomes for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- No experience needed, training will be provided
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with diverse individuals.
- Knowledge of career development theories, job search strategies, and employment trends.
- Proficiency in using career services management systems, databases, and online resources.
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in career services practices.

Working Conditions**:Flexible working days**

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
