**APAC Lean and Smart Automation SVP - Singapore**:
The APAC ICG CitiLean and Smart Automation role will partner the Business and O&T leaders in APAC to deliver priority one strategic programs focused on improving risk and control, client experience, process efficiency and revenue expansion utilizing the CitiLean Smart Automation methodology. Reporting to the Global Head of ICG CitiLean and Smart Automation, he/she will be leading a team of Lean, Smart Automation and Data analysts accountable for building and delivering on a pipeline of work across Citi franchises in APAC covering ICG and other franchise functions.

This role is responsible for four main areas: driving large scale programs with measurable outcomes, building leadership capability, managing, and developing a pipeline of programs and leading a team of CitiLean & Smart automation members. This role partners with Business, O&T and Re-engineering leaders in the region to target large-scale programs to meet their strategic objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for scoping, directing & managing a portfolio of CitiLean and Smart Automation projects within or across businesses.
- Develop and executes influencing strategies to build & increase buy-in and business leadership support.
- Accountable for achieving measurable and sustainable operational efficiency results, and consequently, financial benefits. Accountable for staff's bench strength; provides technical expertise, and overall expert advice (technical, functional, change management, linkage to systems redesign efforts, etc).
- Interface with business, key stakeholders, champions & reengineering leadership. Proactively communicates with senior leadership.
- Identify potential targets based on priorities for the management and global strategy.
- Engage senior process owners for each project, as required.
- Shape large re-engineering programs of projects define business cases and gain stakeholder buy in for CitiLean and Smart Automation projects
- Form project teams and create documentation to deliver CitiLean and Smart Automation projects.
- Run project workshops, pilots, and other delivery activities.
- Manage a core team of expertise on a day to day basis to drive overall functional objectives
- Educate teams in CitiLean and Smart Automation tools, techniques, and principles.
- Execute communication campaign to senior stakeholders across all impacted areas.
- Maintain accurate documentation including plans, financials, and control points for each project.
- Create and maintain analysis supporting re-engineering projects.
- Direct analysis resources to deliver project related supporting material.
- Assist business managers to identify where saves have been achieved and ensure that saves are realized
- Work with cross-business teams to ensure communication is effective and achievements are communicated in a streamlined fashion.
- Provides governance oversight for CitiLean and Smart Automation business-led programs
- Engage partner organizations where appropriate to continue to raise awareness of re-engineering principles.
- Conduct training for senior staff in CitiLean and Smart Automation tools, techniques and principles via workshops and formal training sessions.
- Influence re-engineering strategy and execution, including continually improving CitiLean and Smart Automation toolsets, etc.

**Job Skills/Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 15+ years total work experience (ideally with deep experience in financial services)
- Minimum 15+ years of Lean or Six-Sigma experience including use of all relevant tools and delivery of training
