- **Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute preventive maintenance and manage corrective maintenance for workshop machinery and equipment.
- Conduct annual stocktakes and ensure accountability for workshop equipment and spare inventory.
- Implement lock-out tag-out procedures for defective equipment and manage segregation of serviceable and unserviceable spares.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment, including last servicing dates, repair histories, and next service schedules.
- Perform the indent, return, or disposal of spares in compliance with SAP processes and organizational procedures.
- Coordinate with workshops for repairable items and ensure timely resolutions.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure accountability and proper handling of spares within workshops.

**Requirements**:

- Higher NITEC ior NTC n Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in maintenance or supply chain functions.
- Proficient in SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) and Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Strong documentation and filing skills for efficient storage management.
- Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
- Willing to work overtime and on weekends as required.
- Forklift license will be an advantage.
