The job responsibilities of the tea shop manager include:

- Fully responsible for store management and operation: formulate and implement sales plans, and complete the store operation indicators issued by the company.
- Inventory management: Reasonable and timely to ensure the supply of goods in the store, monthly inventory on time.
- Operational arrangement: Reasonable arrangement of in-store operations, including sales staff management and other matters.
- Team management: Responsible for the training and education of employees, and lead the team to achieve sales goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Master the knowledge and characteristics of various teas, introduce tea and tea drinking knowledge to customers.
- Crisis management: Have good communication skills and knowledge and ability to deal with crises, grasp customer needs in real time, and maintain customer relationships.
- Daily management: supervise the demand, loading and replenishment of goods, and do a good job in purchase acceptance and commodity display.
- Equipment maintenance: master the maintenance knowledge of various equipment in the store, and supervise the cleaning and sanitation inside and outside the store.
- Financial management: Complete financial close on time to ensure the accuracy of financial data in the store.
