**Job Highlights**:

- Basic salary up to $2800 (including transport allowance)
- Quarterly commission payout5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm)

We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our field sales team. This role involves outdoor sales, direct engagement with clients, and offering tailored energy solutions to small businesses and small businesses.

**The Challenges**:

- Conduct client visits to promote and sell energy-related products
- Build and maintain customer relationships with professionalism and integrity
- Explain product benefits clearly and confidently
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance. Follow up closely with leads and achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for customers

**What it Takes**:

- Good communication skills and able to connect with diverse customers
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
- Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Preferably able to start on short notice or immediate availability
- No prior sales experience required - training will be provided
