**Job Description**:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team in the event industry. As a Marketing Intern, you will assist in planning and executing events, managing social media, and developing marketing campaigns to reach a wide audience. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and event management, with a focus on the event industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing various marketing events.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with relevant companies and create innovative marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and merchandise
- ⁠Manage event logistics, including venue selection, talent booking, and sponsorship arrangements
- Conduct research on target audiences, analyze data, and provide insights to inform marketing decisions
- Manage and maintain the team's social media presence, including posting updates, responding to comments, and tracking engagement metrics
- On-Site Event Support: Gain hands-on experience by assisting at live events.

**Requirements**:

- Create social media contents
- Proficient in social media management platforms, including Tiktok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite and other content creation tools.
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in English and copywriting
- Strong creative and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Nice to Have:

- Experience in event planning and management
- Knowledge of promotion strategies
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics and SEO
- Experience working with social media influencers and content creators
