**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Manage, service and develop assigned insurance portfolio
- Provide administrative and customer service to clients related to general class of insurance products
- Establish value added relationships with clients & leads to serve as a trusted advisor to them
- Engage in discussions on improving company processes and product offerings
- Provide administrative support in any other daily operations as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Min. diploma preferably with General Insurance Certification &/or Certification on Health Insurance
- To have at least 1 year of related/relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
- Customer-oriented mindset with good interpersonal and communications skills -Independent, organised, and able to multi-task efficiently

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
