**What you will be working on**
- The incumbent will take on the key role for the end-to-end partnership management of stakeholders to manage and nurture relationships and build longer term mindshare and collaboration.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Analyse ActiveSG assets and identify gaps to establish strategies to attract deep and sustainable partnerships.
- Develop strategic partnership proposals to drive specific outcomes.
- Expand and deepen engagement with partners to extend reach and reputation.
- Understand and review of ActiveSG’s offerings and analysis of data to recommend new growth areas.
- Recommend innovation solutions and develop action plans for implementation of selected growth initiatives and ideas.
- Seek out emerging trends for review on feasibility for roll out at ActiveSG’s sport centres.
- Monitor and fine-tune details to ensure sustainability in the long term.
- Conceptualise and develop value propositions for win-win partnerships.
- Manage and nurture relationships and build longer term mindshare and collaborations.
- Capitalise on SportSG spaces as test beds for new trends / ideas for potential revenue growth.
- Work with partners to monitor sales data, gain better understanding of their business needs and priorities when implementing new growth initiatives and ideas for their sustainability.
- Ensure that all financial and administrative processes relating to partnerships meet SportSG’s Financial Regulations.
- Engage in arrears management processes to ensure that revenues due from partnerships are duly collected and bad debts are minimised.
**What we are looking for**
- We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.
- A Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication or similar field
- At least 7 years of proven experience and/or track record in relevant areas, e.g. Business Development, Leasing, Retail or Partnership Management
- Good knowledge of Sports Industry and commercial business landscape
- Strong work ethics, self-driven and a fast learner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is a Strategic thinker
- Great multi-tasking skills
- Has the ability to work independently
