**Job Description
- Coordination of air freight shipment
- Support general office operations whenever needed
- Close coordination with customer service, understanding the airline operational process.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Handle clients inquiries and booking according to company standard operating standards
- Liaise with clients, vendors, oversea agents and internal colleagues for shipment arrangement
- Prepare necessary documentation such as AWB, billings, permit declaration, pre-alert, delievery order and follow up uplifting/delivery etc
- Complete coordination between all applicable parties
- Prepare, issue, and submit documentation
- Provide clients with advice concerning terms of delivery, payment, insurance and all other Airfreight services affecting clients’ needs
- Ensure invoicing of rendered services is completed accurately and in a timeframe consistent with company policy
- Ensure job costing on job files is complete
- Any other duties as may be assigned by company’s management from time to time..

**Job Requirements**:
Minimum 1 yr of freight forwarding experience

Working location: Changi Airfreight Centre

Minimum GCE 'O' Level

Good working attitude, proactiveCustomer orientedAble to work under pressure and fast pace environmentRelated experience will be an added advantage
