In this role, you’ll represent our creator products internally and externally and provide a data-driven market perspective to shape the features we build for the 400 million+ Pinners and Creators who use our platform to create a life they love. Working with our product, engineering, design, PR and marketing teams, you’ll provide market and customer insights to inform product strategy, define product messaging and positioning, and drive the global go-to-market strategy for our products to help increase awareness and adoption. You’ll be the glue that brings teams together and own your products from end-to end, turning bold ideas into scalable, global solutions.

**What you’ll do**:

- Represent the voice of the customer in all forums to influence product, engineering, design, and marketing decisions.
- Drive product and feature development, tapping into your market knowledge and delivering compelling insights to help product, engineering, and design identify and prioritize the most impactful work.
- Develop product positioning strategies that crisply articulate the value proposition of Pinterest and differentiate us in market.
- Lead product launches and drive cross-functional alignment throughout the go-to-market process, tracking success and adoption metrics accordingly.
- Use data and insights to drive adoption of strategic priorities and influence our overall creators strategy.
- Educate and inspire internal teams and external partners on Pinterest’s creator solutions.

**What we’re looking for**:

- 5+ years product marketing or related experience, ideally at a fast-growing tech company
- Expertise in defining new products and strategies in an ambiguous space
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to turn insights into a clear and convincing product narrative that inspires
- Sharp eye for detail and proven project management and operational skills
- Experience with creator monetization, creator ecosystems and/or two-sided marketplaces with a deep understanding of the landscape
- A passion for Pinterest
