Reporting to the Head of Product Center MEAAP, this position requires an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about technical topics and enjoys writing. The position is based in Singapore location.

You will be responsible for:

- Work closely with the Product Management and R&D team to develop an understanding for all our products and formwork systems
- Creation and maintenance of technical document including but not limited to CAD drawings, graphics, operating instructions, product details and specifications (in text and image format) using specifications provided by the R&D team
- Translate product information into simple and engaging visual content (screenshots, graphics, photographs and etc) to increase users’ understanding on the various products
- Keep abreast of documentation trends and technologies in the MEAAP area to improve quality in technical documentation and ensure they are produced, edited, reviewed and updated in a timely manner to meet customers’ needs
- Make recommendations and implement solutions to various documentation tasks, challenges or projects produced by R&D team
- Monitor and maintain the source materials such as specifications incoming from R&D team in a neat and tidy manner in order to achieve the required delivery of document for product launches
- Offer input in any other matters pertaining to technical and sometimes marketing documentation that may benefit from the team’s technical and instructional experience

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for a proactive and detailed person with a strong ability to present complex issues in an understandable way. In addition, we look for the following qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum two years of experience in effective technical writing or software documentation
- Prior experience with formwork systems is highly advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent proficiency in English, any local Asian language skills are welcomed
- Independent and goal-orientated way of working
- Hands-on approach and mentality
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcomed to apply
