**Strategy Consulting Manager**

We are seeking a Strategy Consulting Manager to join Aon’s Strategy and Technology Group (STG) in Asia Pacific - based in Singapore. The role will offer an opportunity to harness your strategic insurance consulting expertise whilst working alongside a diverse and close-knit team. This individual will be involved in various strategic initiatives with clients that include some of the most influential individuals in the (re)insurance industry; playing a key role in helping to craft the future of their firms.

This role is broad and involves a large diversity of activities, focused on supporting senior STG stakeholders in the delivery of value to clients. Responsibilities include scoping and leading project work, handling project delivery teams, and new proposition development.

**What the day will look like**
- Engaging with clients to identify their strategic needs and priorities and develop potential solutions
- Deliver multiple projects within agreed timeframes and to budget
- Developing deep and sustainable relationships with C-Suite executives and other critical team members
- Leverage an extensive global network of Aon colleagues, best practices and assets to generate compelling insights, analytics and strategic solutions
- Actively contributing to building strong teams, fostering a culture of development and learning to cultivate talent
- Coaching team members in key consulting tools and methodologies
- Leading colleagues and supporting successful development of their careers
- Contributing to STG brand development through industry relationship building, thought leadership, whitepapers, conferences and presentations

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

Demonstrating a track record of success, you will be curious, keen to learn and eager to challenge the status-quo with fact-based recommendations.
- Experience working in (re)insurance or financial services strategic consulting.
- Graduate degree in finance, business or the equivalent
- Experience in delivering consulting/advisory services to clients, ideally in Financial Services sector, and leading teams to deliver complex projects
- Strong relationship building and client service skills
- Experienced in managing stakeholder networks across multiple time zones and geographies
- Effective interpersonal skills - team leadership and communication
- Have a passion for data-led insights, and able to develop simple solutions to complex problems.
- People management and coaching - performance management and colleague development
- Demonstrates personal qualities of planning, resolving problems, collaboration, and commitment to personal development
- Broad business acumen
- Willing to travel internationally as required to manage clients and projects
