Responsibilities & Job Description
- Manage & lead the project team
- Manage relationships with customers, third-party vendors & all stakeholders
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope & within budget
- Develop a detailed project plan to track the progress
- Create & maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Identify, track & communicate project progress, milestones, deliverable changes & dependencies within the schedule, costs, issues & risks
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Record & manage project issues & risks, & escalate to management when necessary
- Manage cross-functional conflicts & issues
- Monitor project progress performance & provide regular progress updates to all stakeholders
- Customer’s point of contact on operational & service management to ensure quick resolution
- Record meeting minutes & outcomes, and ensure actions are completed on time & escalate issues to line management
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period
- Provide status reports to different parties within the steering committees of the different projects.
- To work with the development lead on cost and impact analysis for the customer.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Information Technology or related discipline
- At least 2-5 years of IT industry experience with a minimum of 3 years of project management experience
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing environment
- Good customer-facing & internal communication skills
- Possesses strong multi-tasking skills to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Strong teamwork & good resource planning skills with attention to details
- A self-motivator who can work both independently & as part of a team
