- Lead Scrum team (internal and client) through the planning, software development, issue resolution, release and delivery processes - planning, daily sprints, review and retrospective.
- Work closely with Product Owners to manage requirements, backlogs, timelines and new requests.
- Work closely with development team to plan the scope and timelines for each release to meet business needs.
- Coordinate the team’s workflow processes to ensure that the development cycle - analyse, design, validate, develop, test and deploy - is observed.
- Be the point of contact for all stakeholders.
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Facilitate and foster a productive environment that encourages constant communication, collaboration, self organisation and sense of ownership

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Certified Scrum Master certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and project manager for software development projects.
- Excellent communication skills - spoken and written.
- Excellent people skills and able to work with cross-cultural teams.
- Good analytical and decision-making skills, positive attitude and good learning ability with great attention to detail
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, self-starter, and demonstrated ability working independently and under minimum supervision
