**Responsibilities & Duties**:
**1. Cleaning Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Dust and wipe surfaces, including desks, tables, and other furniture
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty and dispose of trash bins
- Ensure a clean and presentable environment for employees and visitors

**2. Tea and Beverage Services**:

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, or other beverages to employees, occupants, or visitors
- Monitor and replenish beverage supplies, such as tea bags, coffee, sugar, and milk
- Keep the pantry or refreshment area organized and clean
- Collect used cups, dishes, and utensils, and wash them as needed

**3. Workspace Organization**:

- Arrange chairs and tables in meeting rooms
- Organize magazines, newspapers, or other reading materials in waiting areas
- Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs to the appropriate personnel

**4. Adherence to Health and Safety Standards**:

- Follow proper hygiene and safety protocols when handling food and cleaning materials
- Use and store cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines
- Report any safety concerns or potential hazards to supervisors

**5. Others**:

- Be adaptable and willing to assist with additional tasks or responsibilities as needed

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Prior office housekeeping/cleaning experience is advantageous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
