We are looking for passionate and bubbly kitchen crew to join our portfolio of F&Bs.

List of Kitchen Roles Available:

- Sous Chef
- Chef De Partie
- Pastry Chefs
- Commis Cook
- Kitchen Assistant / Interns

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, to exercise supervision and delegate work assignments in an equal manner amongst the team.
- Take pride to ensure food quality and consistency in presentation.
- Check and forecast the daily food stock usage and ensure that it is sufficient for use during the restaurant operation hours.
- Initiate food and beverage requisition requirements and submit for approval.
- Inspect the quality of work done and check to ensure that the prescribed standard receipts are being adhered to.
- Assist in preventing wastage, loss, spoilage and keep operation cost in line with the departmental cost policy.
- Inspect and check that the kitchen and operating equipment are always in safe condition to prevent unnecessary accidents.
- Ensure that the operating equipment and surrounding work area are kept clean and hygienic at all times.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Culinary or Higher Nitec in Culinary/Baking or WSQ cert. (Unless Intern)
- Certification in Food Hygiene is necessary
- Min 1-2 years relevant experiences

**Work Details**
- Min 48 hours a week
- 6 days work week [ Need to work weekends & PH ]
- Salary Range $2000 - $3500 (depending on experience)

**Part-Time Positions available too**:

- Part-time: 2-3 shifts (Must be able to give at least 3 days schedule weekly)
- Salary up to $12/hr (depending on experience)
