We’re searching for a **Senior Engineer** **to be part of our **Etch** diverse team of talent.

**What you will be working on**:

- Responsible for new Process Development and/or Process Transfer
- Process optimization for Yield and Productivity improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve Process related issues
- Sustain and/or improve Process Capability, CpK
- Qualify and release tools for required MFG capacity
- Qualify alternate sources for Cost improvement
- Plan and execute Engineering Projects
- Continuous improvement through participation in 10k idea, LSS & BKM to create cost effective and robust processes with quality.
- Setup, monitor and maintain SPC charts
- Adhere and complete necessary documentation

**More about you**:

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Science or equivalent
- 1-3 years relevant experience in Semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Basic engineering knowledge, which may include semiconductor devices theory, electronics, digital principle and wafer fabrication processes
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Team Player
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Positive learning attitude
- Able to take pressure under time-constrained situations
- Detail-oriented
