1 year exp **Roles & Responsibilities** **Job Requirements**: - WSH Level B Cert (Safety Coordinator) - BCSS (Supervise Construction Work for WSH) - Fully Vaccinated >>> Strict Requirement - SMO >>> Advantageous - WAH Supervisor >>> Advantageous - Own Transport >>> Advantageous - Basic understanding of Construction Demands - Punctual, Responsible & Serious Working Attitude **Daily Activities**: - Ensure Strict Compliances to Legislations & Regulations - Keep up with Sites Requirements & In-House Rules - Assist WSHO in Safety Planning and to coordinate and oversee Safety on Site - Implementation & Monitoring of WSH System at Work Sites - Conduct Safety Meeting, Briefing, Training & Inspection - Investigate all Accidents / Incidents & Submit Reports - Update & keep Safety Records, Safety Reports & Statistics - Generate Daily Safety Reports from Site Walk - Report & Rectify Non-Compliances & Incompatible Works - Perform TBM Daily - Attend Safety Meetings - Standing Supervision & Safety Inspection for Safe Work Practices - To Recommend Practicable Measures to help Protect Employees from Potentially Hazardous Work Methods, Processes, or Materials - To Liaise and follow up with the relevant Stakeholders on WSH matters. - Ad-Hoc Tasks as & when needed **Others**: - Working Day: Monday to Saturday - Working Time: 08:00am-05:00pm (Mon to Fri), 08:00am-12:00pm (Sat) - Overtime is Null unless Urgent Matters - Overtime Rate is Flat Rate (1x) - 7 Days Annual Leave (+1 Yearly) - 3 - 6 Months Probation (Depend on Performance) - 2 Months Tender Resignation, once Confirmed Xin Bao Pte Ltd, formerly known as 'Xin Bao Electrical & Packing Pte Ltd' is an established company specializing in Electrical installation and related projects.
