**Scope of works**:

- **a) All Classrooms Zone, Sand Pit, MPH, Office and Water Play Areas**_
- **Daily**_
- Daily sweeping, mopping, wiping and vacuuming of floors for all classroom, play areas, therapy rooms, gym, SPCC, soft play areas, quiet room, MPH, pantry, office areas and all other areas within the centre at least twice a day.
- Sandpit and water play areas to be cleaned and maintained daily.
- Cleaning of foyer 1 & 2 walkway area.
- Daily cleaning of high touch points areas such as door handles, bio metric access, switches, reception counter.
- All glass doors shall be damp clean on both sides with an approved solution of water and detergent, dry surfaces with dry cloth.
- Daily clearing of all waste receptacles in the centre and dispose of trash into bin centre.
- Applicable to every Wednesday, Thorough wash (both inside and outside) of all waste receptacles with approved solution including disinfectants to remove smell. To clean all shoe racks and thorough cleaning for all classroom, play areas, therapy rooms, gym, SPCC, soft play areas, quiet room, MPH, pantry, office areas.
- Clean up all spills immediately upon spotted.
- **Weekly**_
- Damp clean all fire extinguishers, fire hose reels cabinets, call points fixtures and fittings with approved detergent.
- **Monthly**_
- High dusting of all walls, ceiling surfaces including any light fittings, pipes, tray, signage if time permits.
- Clean and dust down of standing fans if applicable.
- **Quarterly**_
- To perform deep cleaning for all classroom, play areas, therapy rooms, gym, SPCC, soft play areas, quiet room, MPH, pantry, office areas and all other areas within the centre during school term breaks.
- **b) Cleaning of Toilets (Male, Female, Children and Handicapped)**_
- **Daily**_
- Thorough scrub and wash all toilets and fittings at least two times a day. Spot clean in between intervals or as and when is needed. All waste shall be removed from the waste receptacles. Hand soap, hand towels and toilet roll to be replenished daily.

Pay: $1,400.00 - $1,600.00 per month
