**Global IT Hosting Services Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain a professional, trained, and motivated staff through effective implementation of performance standards
- Establish operational and team goals and objectives and work plans to meet KPIs and SLAs
- Facilitate the implementation of key priority projects focused on specific growing Infrastructure Services
- Lead major regional IT Infrastructure initiatives
- Understand customer needs and pain points, industry trends, and establish and communicate plans to address these
- Collaborate with other IT teams such as Global Infrastructure, Applications, Digital Workplace, Security, IT Business Partners and so forth to provide a holistic set of IT services to the busines and to facilitate cross functional problem resolution and process improvements
- Ensure that a catalog of available services is created and maintained and that SLAs are complete and cost effectively delivered. Ensures that service delivery is monitored effectively and that identified actions to maintain or improve level of service are implemented.
- Communicate status of the Hosting Infrastructure Operations initiatives to key stakeholders
- Abide by and propose updates to overall IT policies, standards and procedures.
- Drive the documentation and implementation of SOPs, policies, and guidelines
- Requirements:

- At least 10 years of overall IT experience
- At least 5 years leading the IT Hosting Infrastructure and service management area
- Certified in ITIL v3 or v4.
- Degree in Computer Engineering
- Leadership in managing global, multi-cultural teams
- Strong working knowledge and experience in the following:

- Azure Cloud architecture
- Hyperconverged infrastructure for on-premise Cloud architecture, preferably Nutanix
- Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services
- Windows server OS
- Microsoft Clustering
- Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Microsoft Defender for Identity
- Veeam backup and replication
- Proxy, Reverse Proxy, Load balancers
- SCOM, SCCM
- Certificate management
- VDI (Horizon)
- Microsoft Direct Access- Good working knowledge and experience in the following:

- Data Center facilities and associated technologies
- Networking e.g., routing, switching, firewall security
- Identity Access Management (IAM)
- Multi-function Authentication (MFA)
- System hardening guidelines and frameworks e.g., CIS, NIST, ISO27001- Strong experience in Operations especially:

- Monitoring, alerting, configuration management, backup and automation tools for public and private Cloud environment
- Ensuring a rigorous security posture, including patching regime, vulnerability assessment and standards compliance
- Data Center operations management including co-location service offerings
- Problem solving methods like DMAIC, 8D, etc.
- Root cause analysis using techniques like Pareto analysis, Ishikawa fishbone diagram, 5-WHYs.
- Leading and executing IT business continuity plan, disaster recovery and cyber recovery activities- Strong experience in Service Management including:

- Managing senior business stakeholders (up to C-levels)
- Managing demand and supply in terms of Hosting services’ capacity
- ITIL core processes including Incident, Change, Asset, Problem and Configuration Management
