About the Team
Infrastructure engineering team is managing the largest ad network in China. In 2019, we started to serve the world. We have already launched in Japan, South Korea and other regions. As a global leading advertising platform, it connects advertisers with top tier mobile app publishers, enabling strong campaign performance for advertisers, and efficient ad monetization for apps.

With rapid growth and global expansion, the team is in pursuit of the best ad solutions that can enrich and inspire in-app ad business. We are seeking machine learning and data mining engineers to improve our bidding, auction and other mechanisms, in order to better help advertisers accurately find target users and to optimize advertiser experience and their business value.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for model improvement in each stage of Pangle advertising, including targeting, recall, fine-tuning, bidding, and lead the team to optimize monetization efficiency and advertising ROI;
- Responsible for deep model efficiency improvement and effect optimization of large-scale online learning;
- Be responsible for exploring the latest commercial monetization technology and commercial product design from the aspects of measurement and attribution, placement experience, long-term sustainable advertising business, etc., using strategies and model methods, proposing innovative solutions in the industry, and promoting the reform of industry algorithms.

**Qualifications**:

- B. Sc or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields from accredited and reputable institutions;
- B. Sc or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields from accredited and reputable institutions;
- Proficient in at least 1 programming language (such as Golang, Java, Python or C++);
- Experience in optimizing large-scale advertising systems, familiar with advertising business and advertising mechanism, and familiar with bidding products such as OCPC/OCPM/AEO;
- Excellent coding and code control capabilities, with solid data structure and algorithm skills;
- Solid machine learning/deep learning theoretical foundation and rich practical experience; familiar with machine learning algorithm frameworks such as Tensorflow/Pytorch;
- Creative style optimization and derivative related experience is preferred
- Good teamwork spirit, strong communication skills; strong initiative, strong self-driving force, and able to drive team development; team management experience is preferred;
- Sensitive to data and business, passionate about solving challenging problems, with strong abstraction ability, project promotion ability, and innovation ability;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
