The purpose and responsibility of this role is to ensure the achievement of new business sales targets in the territory of Sinagpore and surronding countries as stipulated within territorial agreements.. The role carries a responsibility for exceeding monthly and quarterly agreed sales targets of our ERP software solutions in Oracle NetSuite.
- Actively accelerate new business sales.
- Prospecting activities, qualification, and conversion of leads (sources including referrals, inbound, events and prospecting).
- Manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources and ensure adherence to the sales process.
- Create and maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasting to hit and surpass revenue targets. Ensure all customer contact information is regularly updated in full in the CRM.
- Ensure efficient lead and opportunity management and reporting to NetSuite via the Advanced Partner Centre system to ensure all leads are tracked and regularly updated in line with NetSuite’s Rules of Engagement.
- Develop a deep understanding of a prospects business environment, and proactively assess, clarify, and validate needs on an ongoing basis to ensure customer satisfaction goals are achieved on the successful go live of the project.
- Generate short-term results whilst maintaining long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
- Work closely with the Pre-sales team for Client demonstrations, workshops, solution architecting etc.
- Undertake research to generate new business areas, client profiles and sales appointments/presentations.
- Maintain knowledge of day-to-day market developments and accurately assesses the opportunities provided.
- Work with the Marketing team on conference and event opportunities, sponsorship ventures, etc. to identify pipeline generation opportunities.
- Business Development track record.
- Experience with cloud, SaaS, and / or ERP solutions (Oracle NetSuite Preferred)
- Knowledge of industry sectors in Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail & Ecommerce
- Prospect development and management.
- Experience in NetSuite ERP desirable.

This position reports to the Country Manager (Thailand& Singapore), it carries an individual target contribution that is refelective of the growing market in Singapore and surronding areas.

Must have experience in cloud solutsion sales (preferreed Oracle NetSuite), other considered.
