At the end of the programme, we are developing event managers that can quote, manage, and execute events to our company's service standard. You will be an integral and dependable team player.

What we expect from you:

- Successfully completed degree in the year 2020 or 2021 preferably in communications, marketing, or project management
- Fluent spoken and written English to communicate with government sector clients, liaise with international VIPs on behalf of Singapore government agencies and act as a front-facing representative for professional events
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Some experience with productivity tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp etc.
- Strong commitment and ability to work independently in the office, on location or remotely at home
- Singapore Citizen and PRs only will be considered for the position
- In accordance to Ministry of Manpower's Vaccination-Differentiated Safe Management Measures (VDS) at events and Safe Management Measures (SMM) at the workplace, all applicants must be fully vaccinated to take part in this traineeship programme.
