Responsible in assisting the Dim Sum Chef in the preparation of dim sum
- Prepare and cooking Dim Sum ingredients and ensure ingredients freshness
- Maintain work station and kitchen cleanliness
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Superior from time to time.
- Preparation of different Chinese pastry and dim sum
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
