About the job:
The Red Hat Brand Experience and Communications team is looking for a motivated Marketing Account Manager to join the regional marketing team in Singapore. In this role, you will work as part of the Brand Experience and Communications team, Red Hat’s internal agency, to bring the Red Hat brand vision to life through various media forms. You will be a key point of contact between the Asia Pacific (APAC) Marketing and Brand Experience and Communications teams. As a Marketing Account Manager, you will collaborate with product marketers, program stakeholders, external agencies, and creative and project management teams to prioritize, plan, and deliver on-brand, on-time creative for marketing programs, campaigns, events, and other customer-facing creative projects. You will need to have solid communication, interpersonal, and project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

What you will do:

- Strategize with internal stakeholders to shape and define marketing priorities and projects
- Translate strategic plans into defined deliverables and lead cross-functional teams to execute multiple, simultaneous projects
- Manage stakeholder, internal working team, and external vendor communications
- Ensure that creative deliverables are developed in compliance with Red Hat’s brand standards and aligned with other key corporate marketing initiatives
- Communicate detailed project plans, deliverables, and timelines with internal stakeholders, global creative teams, or external agencies
- Coordinate delivery of in-market program promotion strategy, e.g., launch dates and editorial calendar planning
- Contribute to global marketing initiatives by ensuring regional relevancy and supporting localization needs
- Scope and prioritize work for in-region creative team and align resources, internal or external, as needed for overflow
- Support local external agencies with brand training and enablement

What you will bring:

- Bachelor’s degree; degree in marketing, business, or communications is a plus
- Experience working in corporate marketing, project management, or account management
- Experience working in a global, collaborative, cross-functional team
- Experience working in a matrixed environment where stakeholder management is essential
- Exceptional organizational and relationship management skills
- Solid problem solving and conflict management abilities
- Clear communication and excellent English language skills
- Flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Familiarity with marketing tactics, creative processes, and digital marketing
- Experience working in a marketing or creative agency
- Experience working within a technology organization

The following will be considered a plus:

- Knowledge or proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Familiarity with brands that have a multi-product architecture
- Knowledge of Red Hat product portfolio and competitive landscape
- Familiarity with open source
