**Hong Lam Marine Pte Ltd**
- Responsible for employing, training and deploying onboard cargo officers
- Follow up on the Company and charterers' Quality Management for Bunker Supply Chain (QMBS) procedure
- Purchase, maintain and record the cargo equipment and send it for calibration for all ships
- Liaise with a charterer for operations matters, complaints and attend the monthly meetings
- Support cargo officers for all kinds of matters such as loading computers, stationery, fax, phone, etc
- Monitor, update and record the daily stock, preparation of monthly quarterly reports to send to the charterer
- Liaise with the onboard cargo officers on daily operations matters and problem handling
- Inspect the barges for cargo operation matters such as cargo quantity, audit, visitor, bunker operations, cargo equipment etc
- Carry out other duties assigned by the Management

**Job Requirement**
- Diploma in Marine Engineering / Shipbuilding and Offshore Engineering
- At least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Singaporeans only
