**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Tasks**:

- Perform basic computer operations and data entry.
- Create and manage Invoices and Purchase Orders.
- Update records and reports accurately in the system.

**Warehouse & Storekeeping Duties**:

- Handle packing, sorting, and labelling of goods for local and overseas deliveries.
- Conduct quality checks (QC) and ensure items match part numbers and purchase orders.
- Manage incoming and outgoing items, including verifying deliveries and stock received.
- Perform stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Pick and pack items as per orders.
- Take photos of goods when necessary for documentation.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Assist with some urgent local deliveries when required.
- Lift and move heavy items as part of daily operations.

**Requirements**:

- Basic computer skills (data entry, invoicing, PO management).
- Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to support with urgent tasks and deliveries when needed.
- Working days/ hours: 5 days/ Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)

Pay: $1,337.69 - $1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)

**Experience**:
