Toys' company requires admin assistant
Location: 163 Kaki Bukit Ave 1 Shun Li Industrial Park S(416016)
7 mins walk from Kaki Bukit MRT or Bus: 5, 15, 58, 59 & 87
Full Time/ 5.5 days week
Working hours: Mon
- Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 1pm
**Responsibilities**:
- Handling assigned admin works/ duties
- Process and invoice daily orders from Sales Team
- Assist on account duties including data entry into system and checking of invoices and payment, filing & etc
- Handle incoming calls enquiry
**Requirements**:
- Entry level is welcome
- Working experience in office administrative is advantage
- Knowledge of Mircosoft Word/ Excel
- Minimum GCE O level/ higher nitec
- Positive attitude, approachable team player
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
