**Job Purpose**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Sales & Customer Engagement: Actively seek out new sales opportunities and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships by providing superior customer service and support with the objective on loan retention.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process, from initial consultation to post-closure. Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting and processing, to ensure a smooth and efficient loan approval process. Participate in and contribute to team meetings and training sessions.
For shortlisted applicants, you will be handling mortgage loan servicing during your 1st year before transiting to acquisition of mortgage sales partially in your 2nd year.
Please note this role will be based at DBS Asia Hub, located at Changi Business Park.
**Requirements**:
- University Degree or Diploma in any related field
- Strong passion for customer service and possess an empathetic mindset
- Able to multi-task with both sales related / servicing related duties concurrently
- Possess good communication skills &good problem solving skills
- Takes ownership of results, teamwork and collaboration
