Job description
**Hua Hng Trading Company** was first established in 1981 as a propagation nursery. Since then, we have come a long way to become Singapore’s largest wholesale and retail garden centre. We are now looking for dedicated team players to join us and grow along with us.
- Support sales and nursery operations with administrative functions
- Manage files and records with effective filing systems
- Act as a bridge between the admin office in Yishun/ Sungei Tengah and operation team in Jurong
- Assist to prepare quotations, contracts, and other relevant company documents such as delivery orders and invoices
- Assist with managing and updating of plants and products stocks and prices in the stock lists, catalogs, website, and server.
- Assist to check that all sales transactions, projects information and transactions are properly completed.
- Manage office/pantry supplies inventory and place orders
- Perform general ad-hoc duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Minimum 1 year of local working experience
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English; ability to read and write in Chinese is a bonus
- Good interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Detail and deadline-oriented

**Working Day & Timing**:
Working Day & Timing: 5.5 days work week
Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 1pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
