We’re looking for a **UI/UX Designer**

You are a true ‘visual’ communicator, you’re excited by all things art and design and you find inspiration from a wide range of sources, utilising found images, mocked-up imagery and film, and mood boards to support your thinking and add weight to your ideas.

You adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions.

You are autonomous in your work and reliable when it comes to delivering for your coworkers.

You are able to grasp complex concepts and to communicate internally with all stakeholders, including communication about problems.

You are totally comfortable with remote collaboration yet you thrive as part of a community.

**The Job Responsibilities**
- Own the branding, design process of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interface elements for our regenerative websites
- Collaborate with engineers to take designs from concept to delivery
- Create and deliver marketing collaterals on request, such as presentations (pitch decks), website illustrations, graphics
- Support PR Campaigns with visual elements
- Cultivate design consistency across published reports and digital assets
- Maintain and develop our design system on Figma in collaboration with our developers

**Minimum requirements**

**Please share your creative portfolio or examples of previous work together with your**
- Excellent communication skills, both in speaking and in writing.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, UX design tools, and prototyping (we use Figma)
- Basic-level coding in HTML + CSS + Javascript
- Working knowledge of the ideation and creation of UI design deliverables: sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, lo-fi and hi-fi layouts, prototypes.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.

**Preferred requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, UX, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on experience with web content management tools (e.g. Wordpress)
- Familiarity with testing, experimentation & iterating designs based on data, user insights and hypothesis generation
- Drive user research: perform interviews, users tests, and workshops as close as possible to end user profiles and groups

**Job Details**

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
