You will support the Chief Data and Digital Officer (CDDO) by leading and managing all administrative and operational functions (e.g. human resource planning, budgeting, work plan, strategy formulation etc.) in the CDDO Office, including the departments under the purview of CDDO, namely Data Governance Unit, Analytics Data Science and Machine Learning Department (ADML), Information Security and CIO office. Your job will also includes the following:

- Drive and maintain work plan administration and ensure expeditious progress of all project timelines, identify potential problems and devise contingency plans to minimise implementation delays.
- Responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders within the larger data and digital ecosystem within SGH and SingHealth, in the domain of clinical, clinical operations and hospital operations.
- Support CDDO in developing the SGH data and Digital Strategy and Governance, in tandem with SingHealth priorities, to position SGH as the thought leader in digital healthcare delivery.

**Job Requirements**
- Possess a good general degree, preferably in healthcare and/or digital/IT-related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years’ relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity. A
- Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- Able to relate well to staff of all levels.
- Computer literacy in Word Processing, Spreadsheets and Databases is essential.
- Able to work independently and meticulously.
- Effective presentation and organisational skills.
