We are looking for a Senior Associate/ Associate - Partnerships to bolster Klook's presence in Singapore, introduce new verticals, and attract all types of travellers through a range of strategic partnerships and campaigns. You'll be responsible for establishing and growing mutually beneficial partnerships in the Singapore market, and supporting Klook’s efforts to establish itself as a trusted and top-of-mind travel / lifestyle platform through co-branded initiatives.

**What you will do**:

- **Partner Account Management**:

- Identify and provide support in establishing meaningful partnerships with new external stakeholders
- Communicate regularly with existing partners to propose new collaborative initiatives throughout the year, optimise ongoing campaigns, and renew long-term or tactical arrangements
- **Campaign Ideation & Execution**:

- Conceptualise B2C marketing partnerships / co-branded campaigns targeted at increasing brand awareness, acquiring new users, and engaging existing users in Singapore
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to bring to life such partner campaigns that mutually benefit all stakeholders
- See through the preparation and execution of necessary deliverables for such partner campaigns
- Assist with brainstorms and rollout of quarterly marketing plans together with the Marketing team
- Manage the implementation, daily tracking, and success measurement of partner campaigns and marketing plans with partner involvement
- **Data Analysis**:

- Assess and optimise the performance of partner campaigns by pulling and analysing relevant data using self-service internal tools such as Tableau
- Formulate simple models to project the performance of ongoing partner campaigns
- Work with other internal teams to obtain additional data points that can value-add to partner campaign analysis
- Use data points to justify opportunities for new initiatives with partners
- Be part of an exciting team defining and refining the brand’s positioning and tone in Singapore

**What you will need**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a partnerships role / executing B2C campaigns in the Singapore market; relevance to travel and/or banking industries is a bonus
- Proven capabilities in end-to-end campaign rollout and project management
- Ability to communicate clearly and present ideas confidently
- Good time management
- Attention to detail; a natural when it comes to organisation
- Excellent analytical skills; comfortable with numbers
- Well-developed interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Confidence to work independently when required
- Start-up attitude; highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up your sleeves mindset
