**About the Role**

You will be working closely with our team of cybersecurity experts and have the chance to be mentored by our CTO and CISO. While this role will be Cybersecurity focused, you will also be exposed to our other core technologies of Cloud, Analytics or DevSecOps. You should be an eager learner and highly adaptable as you will be involved in multiple technologies and disciplines. You will be involved in a dynamically challenging environment where cybersecurity is of utmost importance. You may be required to provide on-site services and support at customer sites, from time to time, to support the services we are providing.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Provide pre-sales support, design & installation services and post-sales technical support for cybersecurity products represented by the company
- Work with product development team to research and develop techniques, processes and procedures for the Red and Blue teams
- Work with vendors, Security Operation Centres, and partners to deploy proposed solution for customers
- Conduct Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing for clients as required
- Work wh partners and customers to troubleshoot technical issues and as escalation to product vendors till problem resolution.
- Monitor/Manage Security System Performance
- Oversee the maintenance of security systems, platforms and associated software
- Conduct scheduled tests on systems and monitor performance
- Work closely with Software and Hardware teams and provide necessary updates and resolutions at the event of downtime and/or malfunctions
- Develop and implement custom disaster recovery drills and simulation tests on existing systems
- Resolve Security Related Incidents
- Analyse and provide technical back-up and third line support when technical incidents arise
- Classify and categorise incidents for escalation
- Evaluate past incidents and prepare reports and documentation for senior stakeholders
- Provide support and recommendations to the affected teams post-incident
- Identify techniques to scale up and automate security infrastructure and processes
- Resolve issues that arise in implementation of new security systems
- Monitor security systems for strengths and weaknesses and propose improvements to address weaknesses

**Experience and Personality Ideals**
- Passion and aspiration to develop and continue upgrading Cybersecurity as a skill
- Hands-on experience with Windows/MacOS/Linux OS environment
- Good understanding of TCP/IP and network LAN and WAN architecture
- Understanding and experience in NIST, CIS, PDPA, GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and similar standards is a plus
- Demonstrates logical abstract thinking while adhering to security policies
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, vendors etc
- Resourceful and able to manage your own work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to clients
- Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Good interpersonal skills
- Pays attention to detail
- Know how to have fun in challenging situations

**Qualification & Education / Other Requirements**
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in Cybersecurity, IT deployment, administrator or support
- Security certification like CREST, OSCP, CISSP, CEH is advantageous
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer/Network Security, etc.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
