At Speech Matters, our therapists have the unique opportunity of developing skills in both Paediatric and Adult Speech Therapy.

**Position: Speech Therapist / Senior Speech Therapist**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children or adults.
- Conduct and provide meaningful feedback to parents and teachers regarding assessment results.
- Establish intervention goals and develop individualized intervention plans.
- Conduct ongoing therapy sessions to support the developmental needs of children.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other stakeholders
- Maintain documentation and records of client progress.

**Current Practice**:

- We support children in schools, their home environments, and also provide online therapy.
- We support adults with communication and swallowing difficulties, in various settings, including hospitals, care centres, nursing homes and patient's homes.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Speech and Language Pathology or a related discipline - New Graduates welcomed
- Eligible registration to practice as a Speech Therapist in Singapore.
- Strong interest in ensuring positive therapy outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
