Nurse Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate, direct, plan and evaluate the standards of care rendered to patient
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve the desired health outcomes for patients
- Provide guidance and direction to Assistant Nurse Clinicians and below to ensure optimal care is delivered to meet patient health needs
- Able to assume rotation into senior roles when required to do so, based on experience, competence and capacity for adaptability and flexibility
- Possess interpersonal skills to exert positive influence in leading and coaching nurses towards developing clinical excellence
- Be insightful and analytical and foster inquiry, critical thinking, skill acquisition to advance nursing practice and patient care
- Assist the Assistant Director in coordinating, implementing and monitoring clinical and service quality performance indicators for continuous improvement

**Job Requirements**:

- Registered with SNB
- Degree in Nursing or its equivalent
- Advanced Diploma in Nursing or equivalent is preferred
- Valid BCLS certificate
- Registered Nurse with at least 3 years' experience as SNM/NC in an emergency ward setting
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and work attitude
