Airfreight Import Operation Officer

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with customers on shipment instructions and booking updates
- Permit declarations and customs clearance
- Coordinate, booking and tracking of Import shipments (Air & Warehouse)
- Handle transportation schedule and operations duties
- Monitor shipment status and update customer and sales team
- Liaise with overseas agents on various requirements and rates
- Prepare necessary documents for internal stakeholders to follow up
- Checking of shipments status
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

**Requirements**:

- Possess 2-3 years of airfreight experience
- High attention to details
- Able to work well independently
- Working Days: 5.5 days (Sunday / Public Holiday duty, according to work roster)
- Working Hours: 9am - 6pm & 9am - 1pm
- Working Location: 9 Airline Road

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
