Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping and customer service.
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency.
- Meet regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyse, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping and workplace safety
- Constantly review and explore effective operational methods to achieve higher productivity in the area of responsibilities
- Ensuring high accuracy level of inventory and accountability. Discrepancies are reported and rectified promptly.
- Responsible for control of inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
- Providing directions to delivery/store team members, ensure work/shift are planned ahead and all last-minute contingencies are addressed on time.
- Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orientating, and training employees.
- Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Participate in any assignment/project as assigned.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**
- Preferable Degree/Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse lead role
- Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and leadership skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Good People Management skill
- Physical strength, stamina and the ability to carry heavy packages
- Experience in operating a forklift/truck and possess Class 3 driving license
- Works in a systematic and organized way
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
