SOAP / REST APIs

Strong in debugging integration issues and validating request/response data.
- **Basic Scripting**
Comfortable with writing and troubleshooting:
**Shell scripts**for automation, deployment, and monitoring tasks.
**Ant scripts**for build/deployment operations in Pega or hybrid environments.
- **DevOps & Environments**
Understanding of CI/CD tools and pipeline setup involving Pega deployments.
Familiar with **Pega Deployment Manager**, Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
Experience working in **on-premise**, **cloud (AWS / Azure)**, or **hybrid server environments**.
- **Operations & Support**
Proficient in **log analysis**to troubleshoot issues:
PRPC logs (PegaRULES.log, Alert.log, Pega log)
Application server logs (WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss)
Familiar with **connectivity checks**between Pega nodes and external systems.
Experience working with support teams for server monitoring and uptime assurance.

- Strong communication with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Infra).
- Agile/Scrum experience with daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
