- Shapes the talent acquisition culture by guiding interviewers on high caliber interviewing / hiring techniques.
- Subject matter expertise; knows the pulse of recruiting as an industry. Stays abreast of the latest developments, best practices and trends in recruiting, and be the in-house expert adviser.
- Champion communication, efficiency and transparency through tools.
- Provides reports as requested. Utilizes tracking mechanisms to measure results, impact, and cost-effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
- Performance of other duties as assigned.

**Required Education & Experience**
- Diploma / Degree with minimum 2 to 4 years in full-life cycle technical recruitment in a dynamic environment recruiting Mid-Senior level IT Professionals.
- Highly consultative with a professionally polished approach
- Exceptional interviewing practices and techniques.
- Experience creating, managing, and tracking an effective advertising campaign to attract qualified talent.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
