**JOB SCOPE/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

2. Responsible for fee collection and cash management and depositing cash/cheque into bank.

3. Responsible to coordinate all maintenance issues of the centre with the assigned technicians/companies.

4. Liaise with social worker, social work assistant and make arrangement for initial screening, case conference etc., as and when needed.

5. Prepare and dispatch various letters and memos for parents/caregivers.

6. Prepare Form-12, raise purchase requisition in the NAV and coordinate delivery order of the resources for the centre.

7. Provide administrative support to the respective committees of various events, trainings of the centre and children services.

8. Responsible to manage the following Office administration matters:

- Organising and maintaining an efficient and effective filing system
- Maintain inventories and fixed assets
- Maintenance of pupils records in soft and hard copy; and
- Collection and maintenance of monthly statistical records of programmes and activities

9. Other services such as:

- Provide administrative, data entry and operations support
- Requesting and maintaining office supplies
- Participating in events organised / supported by SPD as when required
- Coordination of training programmes
- Attend and contribute regularly to the following:

- Staff meetings; any other meetings as and when necessary.

10. Any other duties assigned as and when necessary.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least an ‘O’ Level/’A’ Level/ITE Certification from a recognised educational institution
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience or background in social service sector would be advantageous
