The Infrastructure NoSQL team supports all mid-platform and business lines in Tiktok, operating across tens of thousands of servers and dealing with data far beyond the PB level. We have self-developed distributed key-value/caching systems, globally distributed tables storage systems and massive graph database products. Combined with the industry's leading hardware and software stack technology, we strive for the continuous evolution of the next generation of NoSQL products.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the team to build a globalized, high-performance, low-cost, and cloud native distributed table system, including but not limited to distributed table systemand HBase;
- Play a key role in driving project objectives and execution management, architecture design and code reviews, define long term technical roadmap for the team, and demonstrate technical leadership;
- Recruit, manage, mentor, and provide technical leadership for team of software engineers;
- Work closely with stakeholder teams to identify business pain points, continuously optimize and improve customer experience, team reputation, and impact.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields;
- 6+ years of professional software development experience;
- Strong with C++/Golang/Java/Python program development (at least one), pursue high-quality code and focused on code engineering quality;
- Solid knowledge of Linux system, proficient in multi-threading, network programming, and distributed development in any programming language;
- In-depth understanding of storage principles, proficient in key technologies of distributed storage and computing, and have practical experience with them;
- Good communication skills, able to lead and drive projects effectively. Familiar with team and project management methodologies and approaches.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in technical management of a software engineering team;
- In-depth research and industry experience in large-scale distributed storage systems, such as HBase/Cassandra/TiDB/ScyllaDB/Aerospike, and storage engine design and deplementation, such as Rocksdb/Leveldb;
- Contributor/Committer or PMC of the open-source community is a plus.
