**Intern (Givaudan Production System) - Your Future Position?**
- In this exciting role, you will support the APAC Givaudan Production System implementation program on process stability, Quality control and productivity improvement by using school learnt knowledge and on site process study with data analysis.
- Reporting to: Manufacturing Excellence Lead APAC
- Work location: 1 Woodlands Avenue 8

**Main Responsibilities**
- Support on APAC Givaudan Production System (GPS) implementation program on process standardization, quality and productivity improvement and Yield and Scrap reduction
- Support GPS on local production operation Yield and Scrap, Process flow and material flow observation and Data collection and analysis on improvement identification and track the KPI trend
- Support liquid compounding team on process data collection and analysis per GPS requirement
- Work with production on critical process study for yield and productivity improvement
- Support team on Weighing accuracy and material storage/replenishment data collection and analysis
- Support APAC Liquid Hidalgo work cycle collection and end-to-end process flow analysis and documentation
- Support on the critical process work cycles observation for the LQ pilot site parameter study in Woodlands
- Support on Liquid key processes work cycle best practice collection and APAC rollout
- Support on process technology equipment and layout development on implementation

**Learning Outcomes/Deliverables**:

- Learn and appreciate the current production manufacturing flow and process
- Understand and support define the critical parameters for product quality control to meet customers need and quality requirement
- Data Analysis to improve lead time, Yield and scrap, productivity by process standard work setup and flow improving, waste reduction.

**Main Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering
