**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality.
- To update team members at least 3 working days in advance before going for leave,in order to minimize downtime.
- Goods receipt, picking, labelling, transfer of customer’s materials.
- Assist to conduct on job training and cross training for subordinates.
- Housekeeping, cycle counting and physical stock checking according to the stated schedules/procedures.
- Track, maintain and upkeep all warehouse equipments
- Maintain personal hygiene and cleaniness of the whole warehouse
- Checking the correct quantity and type of goods have been received
- Record/report any damage,missing or faulty goods
- Moving the goods to the correct area in the warehouse, either manually or using mechanically handling equipments
- Labelling of goods
- Sending goods for deliveries as and when is required
- Picking goods that has been ordered/reserved
- Compliance with security procedures in health and safety
- Other Ad-hoc duties from time to time
- Assist to coordinate vehicle for maintenance, check tyres and renewal of road tax
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (Safety Shoes, Safety Helmet, Goggles, Ear-Plug, Hand-gloves) as & when required in accordance to HSE procedures.

**REQUIREMENT**
- Secondary education or NTC 3 in Mechanical or Electrical studies with certificate in Store Management preferred
- Minimum 3 - 4 years experience in Oil/Gas and Petrochemical Industries or 2 to 3 years in Warehousing.
- Class 3 Provisional Driving Licence
- Forklift License
- Computer Literate in SAP/EXCEL will be an added advantage

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month
