Asean Regional CRM Manager

Based in Singapore and reporting to ASEAN CARE Lead, this role will work with our in-market CRM teams to plan, deploy and continually optimize the performance of campaigns to deliver superior engagement and business results.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with colleagues to design journeys and blueprints of workflows/processes for lead capture, nurturing, and other activities through Marketing Cloud.
- Facilitate campaign delivery which enables seamless, unified, and useful experiences to consumers
- Weekly/Monthly planning sessions with local markets to capture requirements and build specifications
- Development of customer journey maps and building automated journeys, trigger/event-based communications as well as ad-hoc broadcast communications for CRM campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Segmentation using CRM audience data and signals, A/B and MVT testing, continuous improvement of campaigns
- Own and update the regional CRM communications calendar and content strategy
- Maintain marketing automation system (SFMC) integration with CRM and assist in integration of additional platforms
- Work with brand, e-comm/D2C and data analytics teams to improve engagement, conversion and retention performance
- Support essential initiatives such as managing lead scoring, lead nurturing and data cleansing on a regular basis
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in AMPScript and dynamic content
- SQL query (in relation to SFMC) knowledge
- Strong project management skills

- Have experience in CRM, eCommerce and customer data in a complex environment
- Have business sense and use data to make informed decisions and recommendations
- Are technically proficient with SQL, Java, Python and able to present data visually using BI tools
- Excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
